A four-part data infrastructure that unifies all revenue, marketing, and expense data into two real-time dashboards — replacing fragmented reporting with a single source of truth.
Stride It's marketing and financial data is currently fragmented across Shopify, paid media platforms, and manual logs. This makes it impossible to see true profitability, measure marketing efficiency accurately, or make confident scaling decisions in real time.
A centralized, automated data system that ingests from all sources daily, applies Matchmaker Logic to calculate a reliable Marketing Efficiency Ratio, and surfaces the critical numbers in two purpose-built dashboards — no manual reporting required.

Automated daily ingestion of all essential data points — Shopify (Sales & LTV), Paid Media APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok), and manual expense logs including fulfilment and fixed costs. Everything in, every day, automatically.
A central data engine (BigQuery or Airtable) that cleans, merges, and applies Matchmaker Logic to calculate the Marketing Efficiency Ratio — the most reliable signal of blended marketing performance available.
A daily growth dashboard tracking Traffic & Conversion, Acquisition Health (Blended CAC), and Customer Value (AOV). Built for the marketing team to operate from, not just review.

No deposits, no milestone payments. The full system cost is due only after successful delivery and your confirmation that it works as specified.
The complete system build cost — $1,050 (Balistic Hosted) or $1,670 (Self-Hosted) — is due in full only after the system has been successfully delivered and both dashboards are confirmed to be operational.
There is no deposit or advance payment required to begin the project. Work commences upon agreement of scope and hosting model selection.
The $220 annual maintenance fee begins one year after the date of successful system delivery — not from the project start date. It covers updates, bug fixes, and ongoing monitoring.
Before development begins, Balistic Systems and Stride It will confirm data source access, hosting model, and any specific dashboard requirements in writing. No surprises.
